In a new media course within the Graphic Design program, students were assigned a term long project surrounding an event of our own creation. We were to create a series of media based works that helped to advertise the one time event we created. In my project, I designed a website known as PortlandHappenings.com. It was meant to function as a pinterest like web browser for creative minded people in the Portland area.
